Flat

I can't believe it. If I hadn't been wearing my jeans today I wouldn't be able to believe it. My sz12 jeans are too big! As my day progressed, I noticed how baggy my jeans were in the legs. I decided to look in the mirror and see just how baggy, and sure enough, my stomach is flat! We've still got a long way to go as far as definition and tone, but I guess all those torso rotations are finally paying off!

New Callings in the New Year

This past Sunday was definitely a surprise. I was released as the Primary Secretary and called to be the Activity Days Assistant (again!). It was bittersweet though. For the last three months, I'd been thinking about asking to be released, I was definitely stuck in a rut. I'd mentioned to Erica (my prez) that I wanted to be released because I was considering attending a Singles Ward.

Anyway, after serving as Secretary for 13 months, it will be a refreshing change to attend Relief Society and Young Single Adults. I knew I'd been 'hiding out' in Primary, so this will be a good change for me this year.
